Safety rules

Dear Guests, in the interest of the highest care for the safety of our Guests and our Employees we have implemented a number of good principles of hygiene and safety, which will allow you to enjoy a successful stay at our hotel. Below you will find information that will make it easier and easier for you to understand the functioning of the hotel during the sanitary regime. We hope that some restrictions will not affect your rest. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. General areas of the hotel are public spaces where it is absolutely necessary to wear masks, both by hotel employees and hotel guests. There is regular disinfection of touchable areas such as: handles, counter tops at the reception desk, tables in general areas, handrails, elevator buttons etc. A mask has been prepared for each person in each room within the paid reservation. You can also make an additional purchase of a mask in the Reception Boutique. Hand disinfecting gels for Guests are available in a visible and easily accessible place. Each room is disinfected by ozone method. Each room and spaces in the hotel are regularly aired. The process of careful disinfection of rooms is carried out using only certified cleaning agents and certified tools. At the Reception desk there are phone numbers to the Sanitary Inspection, a contactless thermometer which is each time disinfected and addresses of the nearest pharmacies. Room cards and keys are disinfected after each use by Guests. When signing the registration card our guests use pens, which are disinfected after each use. We have introduced a recommendation that a maximum of 2 people can use the elevator at a safe distance (this does not apply to persons forming one household). We have limited the check-in process to a minimum, therefore we send you a registration card to be filled in before your arrival. For hygienic reasons, we do not provide cleaning services during your stay. On special request, after telephone arrangement with the reception and in the absence of guests in the room, the cleaning staff will provide this service. Additional room equipment such as needlepoint, clothes brush, shoe cleaner, stationery, pens, guidebooks, hairdryers are available on request at the hotel reception. Breakfast is served in rounds. The restaurant and bar is ozonized daily. Each table in the restaurant is completely disinfected after each Guest. All menu cards are covered with foil so that they can be disinfected each time. During breakfast, the buffet dishes are served by the wait staff. Please place and pick up your order at the buffet. Please keep an appropriate distance. For safety reasons we have suspended the afternoon turn-down service. We can perform it on your request by prior arrangement with the reception. The Wellness area welcomes guests during the hours: 09:30-21:00 The number of people using is limited to 4, so please make a reservation by phone in advance at the hotel reception [ext.9]. We also invite you to take advantage of treatments in the SPA Suite between 09:30 and 21:00. Telephone reservations can be made at the SPA reception [ext. 5] or at the hotel reception [ext. 9]. For safety reasons, only 1 person can have a treatment in the SPA. Mini bar in the room will be refilled on your request. Please inform the hotel reception before your arrival. Products from the boutique are handled by the Reception.
